Transformational Groups: Creating a New Scorecard for Groups

$1.57

God spoke through the Apostle Paul and declared that the church would be a place of spiritual transformation. II Corinthians 5:17 tells us,”Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.” Despite this, the transformation seemingly fails to occur in many local churches. From the beginning of the church, God designed transformation to happen most often within the context of small groups. But what are the characteristics or successful small groups? What are churches that are having success doing to make group-based ministry work? In Transformational Groups, Ed Stetzer and Eric Geiger have created a new scorecard that will provide a map to success for your group ministry. You’ll see the data they compiled from their survey of pastors and laypersons and be introduced to a simple process to lead your groups to where God wants them to be.
